- ◇ The Company may share personal information with its affiliated companies and contractors to facilitate smooth travel arrangements, ensure the safety of the travel, and provide integrated services.
- Safety Management Measures for Personal Information
- ◇ The Company will establish an organizational structure for securely managing personal information by appointing personnel responsible for personal information management in each department. Additionally, we have established a reporting and communication system in case of personal data leaks, the risk of leaks, misuse, or violations of relevant laws and internal regulations.

We also take preventive and safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, or leakage of personal information, such as access control, limiting the personnel responsible for handling personal data, and introducing systems to protect against unauthorized access and malicious software.

Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Other Procedures for Personal Information If you wish to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or cessation of provision of your personal information to third parties, please apply using the company’s designated request form. For details, please confirm with the contact point. Please note that a fee of 500 yen will be charged for each request for notification of the purpose of use or disclosure of personal information. Additionally, if notification is sent by mail, actual postage will be charged separately.
